Directions
- Toss shrimp with 1 tsp of taco seasoning and set aside.
- Make fresh salsa by combining diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and juice from one lime in small bowl and set aside.
- Sauté shrimp in hot skillet for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to bowl to let cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt with 1 tsp of taco seasoning and the juice from 1/2 of a fresh lime and set aside.
- Serve family-style by placing shrimp, butter lettuce leaves, salsa, and lime yogurt on table to assemble to your liking.
