Insightful Seniors: “Balancing Act”

Southern Regional offers Insightful Seniors — a series of free senior education programs — throughout the senior centers in our communities. “Balancing Act” will be presented by our Director of Rehabilitation at the Frank Bailey Senior Center in Riverdale. All local seniors are invited to attend.
