Wound Care

The Center for Wound Care and Hyperbarics

Time is an essential part of healing, but certain wounds simply won’t heal without specialized care. Diabetes, poor circulation, and other health issues can lead to serious wound complications that compromise the quality of your life. That’s where we can help.

At the Center for Wound Care and Hyperbarics, we will assess, diagnose, and develop a personalized care plan to put you on the path to a healthy life as quickly as possible. Any wound that has not started healing within two weeks or has not healed completely within six weeks, may benefit from treatment at our Center.

We treat wounds that result from a number of conditions including:

  • Diabetic Wounds
  • Pressure Ulcers
  • Vascular Ulcers
  • Venous Stasis Ulcers
  • Non-healing Surgical Wounds
  • Complex Soft Tissue Wounds
  • Infected Wounds
  • Chronic Wounds
  • Wounds from Trauma
  • Radiation Injury

For severe, hard-to-heal wounds, our advanced hyperbaric oxygen chambers immerse you in an environment of 100% oxygen delivered at high pressure. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a pain-free procedure that speeds up the healing process for those hard to heal wounds. All you need to do is lay back and relax as your blood carries the extra oxygen to your injured area and accelerates the healing process. HBOT is CMS approved to treat a variety of medical issues from trauma injuries to grafts and burns.
