In a simple one-night exam called a “sleep study,” we can find out if that snore is just a harmless annoyance or a sign of something more severe like sleep apnea. A sleep study is a simple test that requires you to do nothing outside of your ordinary routine.
At our center, you will have a private bedroom with many of the comforts of your home. When you’re ready to go to bed, a technician will place small sensors on your head and chest. When you wake in the morning, you just get up and go to work at your usual time.
