Insightful Seniors: “The Diabetic Diet”

Southern Regional offers Insightful Seniors — a series of free senior education programs — throughout the senior centers in our communities. “The Diabetic Diet” will be presented by our Director of Food and Nutrition Services at the Heritage Senior Activity Center in McDonough. All local seniors are invited to attend.
