Diabetes Dialogue: A Monthly Support Group

Diabetes Dialogue, A Monthly Support Group is a free session for Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes Patients and their Support Team to provide the guidance needed to help manage your diabetes and live your best life. The support group meets the 3rd Thursday of every month from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Education Center, and is led by a team of highly qualified Southern Regional clinicians and dietitians.

This session topic: “Coping with Triggers of Unhealthy Behaviors.”

The Education Center is in the front of the hospital — the third set of large doors on the left. Enter the Education Center and take the elevator or stairs to the Ground Floor.
