    I Volunteer Because...

I have a good life and want everyone to feel as good as I do. So, I give back to my community by volunteering here at Southern Regional. I enjoy helping the patients, visitors and staff at the hospital. Just being kind, helping others and making a difference are perfect ways to give back to the community.

    Jane Ratcliff, an 11-year volunteer

    I Know I Can Make a Difference

I wanted to make a difference and give back to our community. As a Southern Regional Medical Center Auxiliary member, I know I am helping the hospital to purchase new cutting-edge equipment. By volunteering, I have a positive effect on the lives of so many people. I make a difference.

Kathryn Hall, 16 year Auxiliary member volunteer
